Abstract
This self-assessment enables students to evaluate their understanding of the factors that contribute to a source's credibility. It may be implemented before and/or after direct instruction as a formative or summative assessment. This version (Option A) offers a multiple-choice structure to the self-assessment with an attached answer key for teacher use, while the Source Credibility Self-Assessment - Open Ended (Option B) provides a performance-based approach to evaluating source credibility.
